Important notice about your appointment

By using the online booking system, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment
- Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a payment link to finalize your appointment.
- Payment must be made in full within 2 hours of completing the booking. If payment is not received within this time frame, Guernsey Chiropractic reserves the right to cancel your appointment without further notice.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
- If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee.
3. No-Show Policy
- If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, Guernsey Chiropractic reserves the right to charge the full cost of the appointment fee.
